50% deposit is due now. The remaining 50% is to be paid after appointment.

Please cancel 3 days before your appointment to avoid cancellation fee.

If you make and appointment and you do not show up you will be charge a fee.

If you are more than 10min late you will be charged an additional fee of $20.

Please let me know if you are running late by calling, to see if I am still able to fit you in.

You will lose your deposit as well if you have to reschedule at the last minute due to non-emergency.

All appointments scheduled after hours will be charged an additional fee of $50.
